Natural Remedy for a Cough

Try a spoon full of grated ginger and honey for a cough/dry cough

Coughs are the worst. One of our natural remedies within our family to relieve cough like symptoms is a spoon full of honey and grated ginger.

Ingredients:

  1. Honey

  2. Ginger

Directions:

  1. Grate some ginger to fill up half a tablespoon

  2. Pour honey to fill up the tablespoon

  3. Sprinkle the ginger ontop

  4. Swallow the ginger/honey

  5. Have water nearby as it can taste strong

  6. Try to do this every night for as long ad the cough persists
