Nausea relief during pregnancy

A simple drink to help with nausea in your trimesters

The following is a simple drink that can be made at home to help with nausea during pregnancy. My sister made this quite often during her third trimester

Ingredients

  1. Ginger

  2. Lemon

  3. Honey

  4. Warm Water

Instructions

  1. Warm/boil a cup of water

  2. Grate a teaspoon worth of ginger and place it in the warm water

  3. Slice a lemon and squeeze the lemon juice into the cup

  4. Add a teaspoon of honey to taste

  5. Stir & Enjoy!
