A simple drink to help with nausea in your trimesters
The following is a simple drink that can be made at home to help with nausea during pregnancy. My sister made this quite often during her third trimester
Warm/boil a cup of water
Grate a teaspoon worth of ginger and place it in the warm water
Slice a lemon and squeeze the lemon juice into the cup
Add a teaspoon of honey to taste
Stir & Enjoy!
