My grandfather passed down his "5 almond a day" routine to his granddaughters. To this day, every night I ensure to soak 5 almonds so that I can peel them and eat them the next morning for brain nutrition.   1. Put 5 almonds in a bowl of water and let them soak overnight

  2. The next morning- peel the skin off entirely from the almonds
